Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy When you book with us, we reserve time especially for you. To respect both your time and ours, the following applies: • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 35% of the booked service. • No-shows (i.e., you neither show up nor cancel in advance) will be charged 100% of the booked service (or the full deposit will be forfeited). • If you arrive late: We allow a grace period of 10 minutes. After that, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, and you will still be charged the full amount. • A deposit of $35 required to secure the booking (which is applied to your service). If you cancel after the deadline or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. • By booking an appointment you acknowledge that you accept this policy.
